Earth Day
Last year in the earth day, my friends and I from EGP (Ever Green Peace) had a useful activity to decrease the number of pilled up litter in our campus and to support our campus program which was a conservatory campus that was green and garbage-free.
We gathered in our campus at 08.00 am. We were all ten people and wearing black T-shirt and then one of my friends gave us a big plastic bag for each person. After that we individually walked around the campus to put the garbage into the plastic bag. Then we separated the garbage into organic and non-organic to put them into different kind of garbage can.
After that we gathered again in B3. We washed our hands and had lunch together. One thing that made our lunch special was the food was not served in the plate but in the long banana leaves. We had to use our own hands to pick the food instead of spoon. We were so happy with this togetherness also our participation to make our campus cleaner.
At last, we all hoped our action could inspire others to keep the environment green and clean.
