How to keep long distance relationship
A Long Distance Relationship shares the same facts as an average relationship. It involves two people who share an interest in each other's lives, care for one another and of course have a love for each other that they hope will continue to grow. On the other hand, a long distance relationship does have its differences as well. It takes away your ability to see each other on a frequent note, as well as the choice of being intimate whenever you desire, not to mention that there would be major trust required. Being unable to spend time together in a physical presence makes it harder to hang on to, but does not spell out doom for your relationship.
The question is how to keep a long distance relationship. Making an agreement of what your expectations are in the relationship and how much of a commitment you are willing to give and receive will do good for your relationship. If the two of you decide to be monogamous, then it is clear that neither of you will be dating anyone else as long as your romantic relationship exists. Being clear about what you both want is important also, especially in a long distance relationship, in order to prevent future misunderstandings and mistakes is good to keep your relationship. Do not feel afraid to tell your partner what you really need and want from him or her, you deserve the chance to speak from your heart and he or she deserves to know the truth and judge whether they can give it to you. The most important thing if you wish to have your relationship from a distance is trust. Without trust and honesty, the relationship is in danger and unsuccessful, just as it would be any other relationship. By accepting the challenge of a long distance relationship, you also accepting the fact that you will have to have the trust and faith that your partner will not be seeing anyone else as promised. Never being paranoid and accusing because it will only grows doubts, insecurity and tension between you and him/her. Keeping in touch, such as calling, e-mailing, faxing and sending cards, it is important to make your bond to stay strong. It is the only way you can share opinion, talking about your activity, and become his/her friend when he/she happy or sad. It is the time to show your care to him/her. So that he/she feels that you really love him/her. Sending love letters and poems, having flowers and gifts delivered, or even sending a video of you with a love message for him/her. Although you cannot be romantic towards each other on a physical note, you can still perform romantic acts that will keep both of you happy. Reminding to your partner of how much you think about and love him or her will score high points, making he/she miss you more with the constant urge to see you.
With the right amount of effort and interest on both parts, a long distance relationship can survive the obstacles it will frequently be challenged with. As long as you both refresh your memories of why you chose to do this in the first place, trust each other, keep in touch, your relationship can turn out to be one of the most successful and happy relationships that ever existed. You both will be secure, happy and satisfied until the day you build your wonderful future together.

How Is a Snow Flake Created?

A snow flake usually shapes like a plate of polygon or a small core with 6 treelike stems.

The process is begun when the evaporated water gather in a cloud high in the sky. When it meets a very cool temperature it is cooled down and begins turn into a very tiny droplet of water. It is just happened to a small part of the whole cloud. As the wind flies this droplet to a cooler temperature it begins to freeze and become a very core of the snow flake. Because it is really light, the wind blow it surround the cloud and others frozen droplet of waters stick to it. These other droplets create the core bigger and bigger and become a plate or treelike crystal. This process is repeated again and again until it is heavy enough to fall to the ground.

A Rainfall

Indonesia that is located on equator line has two seasons. They are rainy season and dry season. Then, how does the rainfall happen in rainy season?
First of all, rainfall is the total amount of rain that falls in a particular area in a certain amount of time. (Oxford Dictionary)
Rainfall happens because the sun heats water in oceans, seas, rivers, lakes, pools, ponds and other kinds of water sources. Water evaporates as water vapor into the air. This process is called evaporation. After that, the condensation process is started. The rising air currents take the vapor up into the atmosphere. There, the cooler temperature cause it to condense into clouds.
Wind brings the clouds into higher air pressure area then that condensed water vapor falls to the earth surface. In this process, which is called precipitation, the rainfall happens.

Tears are liquid material that comprised mainly of water, oil, and mucous which produced in the lachrymal glands near the eye. We as a human can produce tears. Human can produce tears when we are in emotional pain or whenever we get stimulant. Besides, facial expressions of sadness and happiness are interpreted as much stronger when accompanied by tears.
We have tears ducts under the upper eyelids and produce a salty liquid that get spread throughout the eye after each blinks.
We actually have three different kinds of tears. There are basal, reflex, and emotional tears. Basal tears are tears which protect and moisten our eyes. Reflex tears are tears which flush irritants and foreign objects from our eyes. Emotional tears are tears which produced in response to strong emotions or pain.
The body automatically produces basal and reflex tears, but emotional tears are only one produced by the process we call as a cry.

How do airplanes fly?

An airplane is a vehicle which is able to fly by being supported by the air, or in general, the atmosphere of a planet. An airplane counters the force of gravity by using either static lift or by using the dynamic lift of an airfoil, or in a few cases the downward thrust from jet engines.
An airplane flies because air moving over and under its surfaces, particularly its wings, travels at different velocities, producing a difference in air pressure, low above the wing and high below it. The low pressure exerts a pulling influence, and the high pressure a pushing influence. The lifting force, usually called lift, depends on the shape, area, and tilt of the wing, and on the speed of the aircraft. The shape of the wing causes the air streaming above and below the wing to travel at different velocities. The distance over which the air must travel above the curved upper surface forces that air to move faster to keep pace with the air moving along the flat lower surface.
Essentially there are 4 aerodynamic forces that act on an airplane in flight; these are lift, drag, thrust and gravity (or weight). In simple terms, drag is the resistance of air (the backward force), thrust is the power of the airplane's engine (the forward force), lift is the upward force and gravity is the downward force. So for airplanes to fly, the thrust must be greater than the drag and the lift must be greater than the gravity (so as you can see, drag opposes thrust and lift opposes gravity). This is certainly the case when an airplane takes off or climbs. However, when it is in straight and level flight the opposing forces of lift and gravity are balanced. During a descent, gravity exceeds lift and to slow an airplane drag has to overcome thrust. The thrust is generated by the airplane's engine (propeller or jet), gravity is a natural force acting upon the airplane and drag comes from friction as the plane moves through air molecules. Drag is also a reaction to lift, and this lift must be generated by the airplane in flight. This is done by the wing of the airplane.

Organic Compost

To grow plant like flowers, vegetables or even trees, gardeners often put compost in the soil. Compost is produced by allowing leaves to decompose naturally.
The compost’s ingredients have to be collected. It can be leaves, grass, vegetable peelings and fruit cores. To put the bacteria into the compost, some garden soil is also mixed into it. Then, the compost is put into a basket, or piled up in the corner of the garden. The compost is left alone for many months. Finally, gardeners dig the compost into the soil or spread it on the surface.
Compost is so important for the plants because it replaces nutrients in the soil and contains nitrogen and other important elements they are needed.

HOW DOES THE RAIN HAPPEN?

Rain is the natural phenomenon when the water falls from the clouds in the sky. It also the primary source of fresh water for most areas of the world, providing suitable conditions for diverge ecosystems as well as water for hydroelectric power plants and corp irrigation.

The phenomenon of rain is actually a water circle. Rain's process is begun when the sun heating the water on the Earth's surface and causing the surface's water to evaporate. After that, it rises into the Earth's atmosphere and condenses into liquid droplets. The droplets grow until they heavy, it also known as the clouds. If there is a wind, those clouds will be blown and move to another area. When the cloud gather again, there will be a group of clouds. In the beginning, it is seen like a groups of white pillows. Next, the color of it changes become Grey or darker. As the result, the droplets fall to the earth as precipitation in the form of rain. Sometimes when the rain falls, it is preceded or followed by the thunder.

However, not all the rain reaches or falls to the Earth's surface. Some evaporates while falling through dry air. It is often seen in hot, dry dessert region.

Electric current from the power supply enters the iron must have the same voltage. If the iron voltage is 220 volt the power supply must be 220 volt too. The electric current is heating the filament in the iron. The filament is heat, and affect the heat of the bottom layer. The hit can be adjusted with the material of the cloth, for example: cotton, nylon, wool, silk, linen. If the cloth made of nylon it will be indicated with one dot. If the cloth made of silk, it will be indicated with three dots, the cotton with four dots and the last is linen with five dots. On each dot, the lamp will flave up.

When your iron cotton cloth but you point on linen (or five dots), the iron is too hot for the cotton or on the contrary your iron linen material but you adjust on nylon (one dot), the iron is too cold and it will not be neatly soon and it needs a long time to make it neat.

This iron based is made of Teflon so it is not sticky on the cloth. The body is made of fiber glass and the handle is made of plastic so the iron is very light.

How do seasons happen?

Seasons come to us regularly. We have probably noticed that it gets warmer in summer or dry season while it get colder in the winter or wet season. However do we know how these seasons change?

Seasons happen and change every year. This happens because the earth tilts back and forth as it goes around the sun. During the summer, the earth tilts toward the sun. It makes half of the earth hotter. this condition is what we call summer. During the other half of the year, the earth tilts away from the sun. As a result, it makes that half of the earth cooler. This cool condition is then what we call winter.

The different parts of the world have the same season at different times. In the northern half of the world , winter happens during the months of December, January and February. The regions are such North America and Europe. In the other hand, the southern half of the world have winter during the months of June, July and August. The regions are like South America and Australia. How does this difference happen? The same season happens at different times because the top and bottom halves of the earth tilt away from the sun at different times.

How to Improve Our Creativity

Creativity is an important tool. It is one of the greatest human characteristics, and can help us evolving into the society we are today. Strengthening your creative muscles is something that can help you in all aspects of your life. Here are 5 ways to exercise and improve your creativity.

First, do not develop routines. When we get in the habit of doing the same things, the same way, it dulls our minds. Try doing things differently, and try to do a variety of different things. Take a different route to work each day. Switch between your right and left hand when you're using your computer mouse. Take your lunch break at a different time each day. Breaking up the monotony surrounding your every day routines will keep your mind active.

Second, educate yourself. When your brain is working creatively it is pulling information form resources of stored knowledge. The more you know, the more options you have. Challenge yourself to learn something new every day. Even if it is something trivial. Every time you learn something new, your brain develops new neural connections. These neural connections allow your brain to access and process information more quickly, thus, improving your ability to be creative.

Next is doodle. Spend 5 or 10 minutes each day drawing on a notepad. You do not have to be a talented artist. Simply making the effort to create something will exercise your brain's creative muscles. If you want to be more creative, you have to challenge your mind to do creative things. (http://romli.co.id)

Then, write.Writing something daily will exercise your brain's ability to organize thoughts. There are several ways you can go about this. You can keep a diary, start a blog, or write articles. Also, try to use new words every time you write. You could look up a new word in the dictionary every day, and then try to incorporate that word into your writing. This way, not only are you being creative by writing, but you're also learning something new and steering clear of falling into a routine.

The last is take showers. This is something everyone should do for obvious reasons,
but it will also help your creativity. Einstein said he always came up with his best ideas in the shower. Our minds like to process information on a subconscious level. The human brain is always trying to calculate patters and formulas. When you take a shower, the sound of the water running and hitting your body creates a complex and unique rhythm. This subconsciously wakes up your brain. The next time you're trying to come up with a solution to a difficult problem, try taking a shower and thinking about it. It really helps.

There are many other ways to improve your creative skills other than the ones listed above. The most important thing, is that you keep your mind active by challenging it and doing creative activities; whatever they may be. The human brain is a muscle that needs to be exercised just like any other muscle in our bodies. Keep your mind strong by doing a mental workout every day.

My wonderful birthday
My eleventh birthday was the best of my childhood.17 September 2001 on my house. I awoke early in the morning and found my room was decorated in my favorite color, blue. After I got dressed, I went downstairs. I had to pass the dinning room on my way to the kitchen, so I saw all my birthday presents piled high on the table. I rushed into the kitchen and my mother greeted me with a big kiss. I begged to her to let me open just one present, but she said I had to wait until later, when all my aunts and uncles would arrive. The day seemed endless while I waited.
At last, my aunts and uncles arrived in the late afternoon. Then, my mother said I could open my presents. I tore into each colorfully wrapped presents, but I was disappointed because each package contained only a piece of paper with one word written on it. My mother knew I liked puzzle, so she said that this was a puzzle I had to figure out. I looked at all the words and realize that my real present was in the garage. When I ran out there, I saw my beautiful new bicycle. I was thrilled and told them all that I would never forget this wonderful day.

Cloud

Clouds

a cloud is a large collection of very tiny droplets of water or ice crystals. The droplets are so small and light that they can float in the air.
All air contains water, but near the ground it is usually in the form of an invisible gas called water vapor. When warm air rises, it expands and cools. Cool air can't hold as much water vapor as warm air, so some of the vapor condenses onto tiny pieces of dust that are floating in the air and forms a tiny droplet around each dust particle. When billions of these droplets come together they become a visible cloud.
Clouds are white because they reflect the light of the sun. Light is made up of colors of the rainbow and when you add them all together you get white. The sun appears a yellow color because it sends out more yellow light than any other color. Clouds reflect all the colors the exact same amount so they look white.
Clouds are made up of tiny water droplets or ice crystals, usually a mixture of both. The water and ice scatter all light, making clouds appear white. If the clouds get thick enough or high enough all the light above does not make it through, hence the gray or dark look. Also, if there are lots of other clouds around, their shadow can add to the gray or multicolored gray appearance.

HOW DOES GREENHOUSE EFFECT OCCUR?

Greenhouse Effect is caused by increasing concentrations of the burning of emission gas from human activity such as fossil fuel burning and deforestation.

Greenhouse Effect occurs when atmosphere that is containing gases absorbs and emits radiation. Then, Greenhouse gases traps heat within the atmosphere, so it causes heating at the surface of the planet. Greenhouse Effect isolates warm air inside the atmosphere so that heat is not lost, and it warms the surface.

An increasing in global temperature will cause sea levels to rise and will change the climate.

CAMPING AT UNGARAN MOUNTAIN

Last year, my friends and I went camping in Ungaran Mountain. We started to hike in the afternoon. We liked being outside and appreciating our environment.

Along the trail, there was lots of green space and it needed looking after to help the environment keep in green. The first night, we got in rain, so we could not keep walking too far. When it was raining, we stayed in our tents. The night was so cold under the rain.

The next day, fortunately, the rain stopped and we could continue our hiking. It was a bright day. So, our hiking could be easier.

In one path, we found destruction inside the forest. It was so bad. If the environment kept being destroyed, it would cause damage. The most important thing was we had to take care of our environment.

When the day became darker, we decided to take a rest for a while to build our spirit. In the afternoon, when we continued to hike, we could not find the trail. So we turned back to get the previous path, but we also could not find it.

After being tired of looking for the trail, we decided to sit down and calmly tried to think of the alternative way. Obviously, not far from where we were, there was a stream. So, we tried to find the way out by following the stream. Finally, we noticed a sign that showed the right trail. Thanks God, we found the way out.

Although we had some difficult time, we could learn how to solve problems, how to share, and how to appreciate the environment. We would keep on hiking and camping for next time. It was very fantastic.

The Dying Me

My name was MT. At least that was what my friend called me with. It was an abbreviation from my kind though. So it was not special, something that I could cope with because there were thousands mango trees out there. And this was my little story.

I lived in a once infertile and empty land. There were just several from my kind. The others were OTs (oak trees), ATs (apple trees), and MTs (maple trees or mahogany trees), yes, the three of us were often confused with each other because of the same nick. Now, the place where I lived in, it was so beautiful, full of flowers here and there, green everywhere and there were MTs, OTs, and ATs junior. Or did it just seem to be?

People were starting to plant other trees, flowers, and even grass. Did they still think about me? No, not anymore. They were too excited to have something new, something fresher than the old me, something they called conservation. At least that was what I heard from two women who were gossiping under my branch a few days ago; an activity that I ridiculously missed.

On October, my leaves started to fall down. I panicked a bit, no, a little too much actually. They fell fast, even the young one. Now I knew what people were fussing about when they were suffering from hair fall. The breeze seemed to blow harder on my aging body. But I was only thirty years old for goodness’ sake! My father, ok, not my father, but the tree that had lived beside me a long time ago, had had 127 years in his life before someone forced him down with a biggest saw I ever seen in my life. The thing roared and groaned until miles away, ignoring a fifteen years old me who watched it in horror.

I felt lonely. I knew that sounded pathetic. But no bird made nest on me again and no squirrel played on my branch anymore. No woman gossiped on my shadow anymore. It had been long since the last time I produced a mango; another reason for them to get rid of me.

I thought I was dying. There were no leaf, no flower, and no fruit. My body became fragile. Termites lived inside of me. I was becoming more and more hopeless every time. One morning I saw a group of people walking toward me. A little happiness sparked. Finally…. finally what?! I panicked. I saw a glint of that saw again.

How the Rainbow Happen

The light that we see coming from the sun or an electric light bulb appears to be clear and white. But it is really made up of bands or waves of colors. If we "bend" light through a round or angled surface we can break up the white beam into its colors. You can see this happen in soap bubbles, a diamond or other clear stones cut into triangular shapes or in a cut glass ornament or crystal. The rainbow is made when the light from the sun enters the drops of falling water and is reflected back to us from the other side of the water drop.
There are seven colors which combine to make white light. These seven colors are called the Spectrum. We have already met six of these colors when we talked about the three prime colors and the colors that came between them when we mixed them.
You get rainbows when the sun's rays are reflected through raindrops, At one time or another we have all seen a rainbow. Rainbows happen when the sun is shining while it is raining or just after a storm. It appears in the part of the sky directly opposite to the sun. So you must stand with your back to the sun to see it. The lower the sun is to the horizon, the higher the arch of the rainbow will be.

How to be successful in long distance relationship
Being in a long distance relationship isn't easy. It needs very strong trust, commitment, guidelines, and communication. Studies show that a majority of people involved in long distance relationships eventually break up. That's why we see so many people claim that long distance relationships are a bad idea. It is possible for people who have long distance relationship to become happily married as a result of being a long distance relationship. A long distance relationship will be difficult and needs a strong commitment between us and our partner. In a study of long distance relationships, Dr. Greg Guldner found that 70% of couples in a long distance relationship who did not set rules, or deal with changes, ended up breaking up within six months. It is important why we and our partner must set rules to keep our long distance relationship. This includes an agreement that we will not date others, that we will communicate daily, and that we will see each other at least once every 2-3 months in person. Part of a successful long distance relationship is being able to imitate patterns that found in regular relationships. One of these patterns is daily communication. Not only we can communicate via email and instant messaging for free, but we can also talk to each other by phone. It is important for the growth and stability of our relationship. One of the ways it increases our relationship stability is by expressing our feelings. Even though our partner may live hours away, we can plan to go at the exact same time to see the movie then when it is over call each other to discuss it. It is fun knowing that our partner does the exact same thing as we do at the exact same time. Even though we are apart, we are still sharing a moment "together". We must be clear about our relationship with each other. We don’t assume that our long-distance partner doesn’t knows our feelings. Good or bad, we must be clear about what we feel about the relationship. Let our partner clearly know our ambitions, fears, feelings, and desires. Meeting regularly is important to the success of our long-distance relationship. We should be cancelled other events in order to see our partner. The great thing about long-distance relationships is we tend to get to know our partner better than if we were physically together. As a result, we learn much more about your partner's likes, dislikes, and passions. For example, maybe our partner really loves football and we've never played football, so, we can play football together with our partner. Surprises are fun because they are unexpected and show how thoughtful a person is. We think of things that we can do to be a surprise to our partner. Our long distance relationship can work if we have the time and effort into making it work. As Dr. Phil says, "If you're in love with somebody, you will swim the stream, you will climb the mountain, you will slay the dragon..."

HOW EARTHQUAKE HAPPENS

General statement
Earthquake is one of the most destroying natural disasters. Unluckily it often happens in several regions. Recently a horrible earthquake has shaken West Sumatra. It has brought great damages. Why did it occur? Do you know how an earthquake happens?

Explanation
Earthquakes are usually caused when rock underground suddenly breaks along a fault. This sudden release of energy causes the seismic waves. It make the ground shake. When two blocks of rock or two plates are rubbing against each other, they stick a little. They don't just slide smoothly. The rocks are still pushing against each other, but not moving. After a while, the rocks break because of all the pressure that's built up. When the rocks break, the earthquake occurs.

Explanation
During the earthquake and afterward, the plates or blocks of rock start moving, and they continue to move until they get stuck again. The spot underground where the rock breaks is called the focus of the earthquake. The place right above the focus is called the epicenter of the earthquake.

A cell phone is a great gadget in this modern world. A cell phone is actually a radio in certain way. Like a radio, by a cell phone we can communicate to other people in real time. Million people use cell phone for their communication. However, do you know how actually a cell phone work?

A cell phone or in a long term " cellular telephone " works by transmitting signals of radio to towers of cellular. The towers are networked to a central switching station. The connection usually uses wire, fiber optic - cables, or microwave.

Then, the central switching station which handles call in certain given area is directly connected to the wire based telephone system. Cellular are picked up by the towers and relayed to another cellular telephone user or the user of wire based telephone network.

The towers vary in the capacity and capability to receive signals. Some can receive the signal from short distance and the others can receive more distance. However, there are usually more than one tower in certain given area so that the system can handle the increasing telephone traffic. That is how a cell phone works.

Producing Tempe

Afifah Tri Hyuanawati
2201408053
Explanation

What is tempe? Tempe is a kind of food made of fermented soybean. It is the most popular food in Indonesia. It is practice, delicious, nutritious, and good for our health. Tempe contains some nutrition such as amino acid, omega 3 and omega 6, vitamin B, mineral, protein, and other antioxidants.

Tempe may be made from soybeans, wheat, or may include a mixture of soybeans and whole grains. In Indonesia, it is usual to use soybeans to make tempe. Tempe begins with whole soybeans, which are softened by soaking and hulling, then partly cooked. This is needed to make the soybeans absorb water and the acid in soaking process and also help mycelium fungi penetrate the beans.

A mild acidulent, usually vinegar, may be added in order to lower the pH and create a selective environment that favours the growth of the tempeh mould over competitors. A fermentation starter containing the spores of fungus Rhizopus oligosporus is mixed in. The beans are spread into a thin layer and are allowed to ferment for 24 to 36 hours at a temperature around 30°C (86°F). In good tempe, the beans are knitted together by a mat of white mycelia.

Under conditions of lower temperature, or higher ventilation, grey or black patches of spores may form on the surface—this is not harmful, and should not affect the flavour or quality of the tempe. This sporulation is normal on fully mature tempe. A mild ammonia smell may accompany good tempe as it ferments, but it should not be overpowering. In Indonesia, ripe tempe (two or more days old) is considered a delicacy.

Respiration (Explanation)

Every human needs the air that contains oxygen for breathing. Without it, we will not life and we can not do our daily activities but have you ever thought about the process of respiration?

First, the air enters through our nose. In the nose, it will be warmed by mucus membrane and it also will be cleaned by the soft hairs in the nose. After that, it flows through the throat, larynx, and trachea. And if there’s a strange thing which is brought by the air, it will be refused by a web which is located in trachea. Then, the air flows through a branch of bronchus called bronchioles. The last, it enters into a branch of bronchioles called Alveolus. Alveolus is collection of the lung’s bubble an it’s a place were the change between oxygen and carbon dioxide happens.

That’s the process of respiration that we do all the time because we are the living creature.

My first experience to go to Semarang is very unpleasant indeed.
At that time I went to Semarang from Jogjakarta. I left about three o'clock in the afternoon. Somehow the bus speed is very slow. Even due to lack of passengers, I and other passengers are required to change buses in Magelang. When reaching Ambarawa, it was dark. When it arrived in Semarang, the last thing I hated was finally happening. This bus does not stop at Jatingaleh, but kept going toward the terminal Terboyo. Because at that time was in the road toll, so I can not ask the bus to stop. on the bus I could only surrender to accept what has happened. Because at that point I still did not know the city well Semarang, I do not know where I should go. Especially it was night. Around ten o'clock at night. When I saw a traffic police post guards and decided to sleep in front of the police post. I can not sleep because the area is a busy area, lots of trucks passing by. When morning came, I contacted my friends by telephone and directed to take the bus to get to Unnes.

A TRIP TO LUGENDING

Once, I was an elementary school student who had gone to my grand parents’ house in Kebumen with my mother in case of visiting them because my mother missed them so much.
One day, when I was there, I was invited by my aunt to have a trip to the beach. I was so happy because it was the first time I went to the beach. Then, without thinking any longer, I decided to go and we were going to Lugending Beach or Pantai Ayah by car. It was my uncle’s car and we were 9 persons who were in it. Along the journey, I was joking with my cousins and I did not realize that we had arrived at the beach! I remembered some of the scenery along the journey, it was so green and there was such kind of rock that so big and I wondered why there was a big rock here, in the coast, because in my mind, a beach should had a hot weather and blue!
After getting off from the car, I was so surprised because all I saw was white! No blue! Then, because of my curiosity, I ran toward the beach and hey….that was the beach! I saw blue water in front of my eyes! What a beautiful scenery.. I could not wait to reach the water and played in it as long as I liked. But, suddenly I heard a voice, actually it was a scream that was asking for a help from a woman.
“Help..help…”, screamed the woman.
I looked around and I found that the woman pointed to something in the middle of the sea. Ah.. I saw a child who was dragged by the wave toward the middle of the sea. What a poor.. Then I told my uncle and he, all of sudden, ran and swam toward the boy and saved him. Some people came to help my uncle too and they succeeded save him.
After having the first aid, this little boy was picked up to the nearest hospital to have a medication. I was so pleased that my uncle succeeded save him because I was afraid of thinking that this boy would die if he could not be on time saving him.
From this experience, I can learn something, we should be careful when we are in the beach because although it is a nice place to visit, we should be aware of the danger that may come every time, everywhere.

How Body Reacts to Heat

When we are in a very hot condition, we have so many risks of heatstroke. This case is often found in athletes and people who work in summer.

Heatstroke comes all of a sudden and uncontrolled rise in body temperature. It is a reaction of human body for not being able to replace fluid lost through respiration. If the lost fluids are not replaced, dehydration will occurs and leads to a decrease in blood.

The body must decide whether to give blood to the main organs or skin. The body tends to give it to the main organ because it is very important as a chain reaction, the body loses ability to sweat; therefore it cannot cool itself. The lack of blood and inability to produce sweat causes over heat.

If it keeps staying, it will cause permanent injury. It is one way to protect heat.

One of the kings of this dynasty was Dewata Cengkar, a reputedly very fond of eating human flesh. Because the king’s favorite was strange, the people felt fear. They did not want to be one of the king’s preys. Nothing could beat the king with his power.

Witnessed by thousands of pairs of eyes, Ajisaka also challenged the king to compete their magic power. Many people doubted the ability of Ajisaka, considering his small body. But several communities still put their hopes to Ajisaka. The king accepted the challenge of Ajisaka only with laughter. The King also offered, if ever Ajisaka was able to defeat him, then Ajisaka was entitled to a prize of half the kingdom. Conversely, the King would take Ajisaka’s body.

Ajisaka accepted the King’s offer. One last demand of Ajisaka, if he was defeated and his body is eaten by the King, was to bury his bones in the ground which was as wide as his headgear. The King absolutely agreed it and didn’t infer at all whether Ajisaka’s headgear was a sacred headgear. Ajisaka took his headgear off soon and put it on the ground. Suddenly, the headgear became very wide so that King Dewata Cengkar must stepped backward. Because of the width of Ajisaka’s headgear, King Dewata Cengkar was thrown in the South Sea. The King, however, did not die and turned into "bajul" (white crocodile). Afterwards, the people crowned Ajisaka as the King of Medang Kamulan.

Regarding his shape, Ajisaka refused to confess him as his son. Ajisaka tried to expel the dragon euphemistically. Ajisaka promised the dragon that he would confess him as his son if he could kill the white crocodile who was Dewata Cengkar in the South Sea. Because of it, Jaka Linglung afforded Ajisaka’s demand to kill Dewata Cengkar. Jaka Linglung left Medang Kamulan. Ajisaka forbade Jaka Linglung through the land so that he didn’t bother the people’s tranquillity. Conversely, Ajisaka required Jaka Linglung to go to the South Sea through the underground.

In brief, Jaka Linglung arrived in the South Sea and killed Dewata Cengkar. As the way he departed, he went back to Medang Kamulan through the underground. As the proof that he had arrived in the South Sea and killed Dewata Cengkar, Jaka Linglung brought a bundle of grinting wulung grass and the salty sea water.

Jaka Linglung tried to appear to the surface several times because of the suspect that he had been in his destinations. The first time he appeared was in the Village Ngembak (now the City Purwodadi District), in Jono (Tawangharjo District), in Grabagan, Crewek, and the last was in Kuwu (third entry Kradenan District).
