Everyone wants to speak English fluently, no matter who she or he is.

They think that be able to speak English is important. Moreover, nowadays, English is used in, merely, all aspects of life. But can everyone speak English fluently?

Actually, not all people in this world can speak English. They have a lot of reasons for this. They may have a low confidence to speak English because they are afraid of their grammar, pronunciation, and so on. In fact, we can speak English if we just go on speaking. Never mind about the grammar, pronunciation, and so on. Because it will be better as long as we master English.
